Welcome to Yoga Salinas. We are a community-centered, inclusive space, and we ask all students to practice with kindness, respect, and awareness of others. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early, silence your phone, and help us maintain a calm, scent-free environment. Honor your body’s limits, inform your teacher of any injuries or concerns. Class packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, and late cancellations or no-shows may result in the loss of a class credit.
By attending, you agree to support a safe, respectful, and peaceful space for everyone.
At Yoga Salinas, we honor yoga as a lifelong practice of remembering that we belong.
In a world that often pulls us away from ourselves, yoga invites us home—to the wisdom of the body, the steadiness of the breath, and the deeper awareness that connects us to one another and to all of life. Through movement, meditation, self-study, and community, we create opportunities to cultivate presence, compassion, resilience, and authentic belonging.
We believe yoga is not about perfecting the body, but about awakening relationship: relationship with ourselves, with our communities, with the earth, and with the sacred. Through embodied awareness and practice, we learn to listen more deeply, meet ourselves with honesty, and respond to life with greater compassion and integrity.
We recognize that personal healing and collective wellbeing are inseparable. As we deepen our relationship with ourselves, we become more capable of caring for our families, contributing to our communities, and participating in the world with an open heart.
The practice does not end when class is over; its purpose is reflected in how we live, serve, love, and show up for one another.
Our mission is to steward a welcoming and inclusive community where these teachings are accessible to all. We offer yoga as a pathway toward healing, connection, and collective flourishing—supporting each person in remembering their inherent wholeness and their place within the greater web of life.
Yoga begins on the mat, but its purpose is lived in every moment beyond it.
